Customer/Recipient Information:

  • Invoice numbers
  • Document sent dates and times
  • Download count and download timestamps

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do NOT store the contents of your invoices, including line items, amounts, prices, tax calculations, or generated PDF files. Only the invoice number is stored for reference purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By using our Service and entering your email address to receive OTP codes, you will automatically receive marketing content embedded within the OTP email. This marketing content may include:

  • Compliance tips and best practices
  • Product updates and new features
  • Promotional offers and announcements
  • Educational resources for business owners

Marketing to Your Customers: By using our Service to send documents to customers/recipients, you acknowledge and agree that we may contact those recipients directly via email to inform them about our services. You represent and warrant that you have obtained necessary consents from your customers to share their contact information with us for this purpose.

The frequency of marketing emails corresponds to your usage of the platform - you will receive marketing content each time you log in and request an OTP.

5. DATA RETENTION

5.1 Account and Business Data

We retain your account information, business details, and customer/recipient data indefinitely or until you request deletion by contacting us at privacy@freebillcreator.com.

5.2 OTP Codes

OTP codes are automatically deleted from our systems 10 minutes after generation or upon successful verification, whichever occurs first.

5.3 Usage Logs

Download counts, sent dates, and usage analytics are retained indefinitely for business analytics and service improvement purposes.

5.4 Legal Retention

We may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently, our Service does not provide an automated account deletion feature. However, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@freebillcreator.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
